Short Term Rentals (STR)

Note: In addition to the following forms, you need to file and be approved for a Business License & Transient Lodging Tax Application. Both forms are above.

As per Council Ordinance, the TLT rate has increased to 10% starting with the filing of the first quarter of 2026. The TLT Quarterly form has been updated to reflect this update.
