Short Term Rentals (STR)

As per Council Ordinance, the TLT rate has increased to 10% starting with the filing of the first quarter of 2026. The TLT Quarterly form has been updated to reflect this update.

It is the owner’s responsibility to contact their manager/mangement company (i.e., Vacasa/Airbnb) about these changes. The ordinance can be found linked below.
