05/18/2026 – A water main break has affected the following areas:
Port Orford Loop Road to Mather Drive, the vicinity of 25th Street and Dee Terrace, and Jackson Street from 18th Street to 25th Street.
Public Works has repaired the water main and services have been restored. Precautionary boil water notice remains in effect for the affected areas listed above.

The Port Orford Emergency Preparedness Commission meets on the fourth Thursday of every month at 5:30pm. The Commission is responsible to coordinate with the Curry County Emergency Management Department and to make recommendations to City Council to help our community better prepare for emergencies.
